REGISTRO DE RUTA SEGUIDA POR AUTOBUSES USANDO GPS Y ZIGBEE

Resumen


Se presenta la implantación de un sistema que registra en una memoria SD las coordenadas de la ruta seguida por un autobús y las transmite a una interface de usuario a su llegada a la terminal para su almacenamiento en un archivo y visualización en la aplicación Google Earth. Las coordenadas se obtienen por medio de un módulo GPS conectado a un microcontrolador que las almacena en un módulo SD y transmite inalámbricamente a la interface de usuario ubicada en una computadora de la oficina central de la terminal. La comunicación del autobús con la computadora se realiza usando transceptores ZigBee. Se utiliza un reloj de tiempo real RTC para contar con un método exacto y confiable que proporcione la hora y fecha para registrar las coordenadas GPS en el módulo de memoria SD. El sistema cuenta con un botón de alarma que al activarse permite al operador enviar un mensaje de alerta GSM a un teléfono móvil.
